Well, that’s because Rockstar is about to drop a bombshell. Confidential sources have let slip that OJ Simpson will be the protagonist in Manhunt 2.

Early news spilling out of Rockstar indicate that the story will center around a fictional former football player named “The Juice.” In the story, The Juice lives an idylic life. A former Football Hall of Famer that made the successful transition to TV and movies, who in a fit of rage, kills his ex-wife and lover. Allegedly…

The game will allow the player to sneak up and almost decapitate victims with a butcher knife in bloodsplattering 1080p. The story will even allow the user to dress up OJ in their favorite Bruno Magli shoes and Italian leather gloves. We’ve also learned that Kato Kailan himself will be playable. Look for this feel good story under the Christmas tree in 2008.
