Salty tears ran down the cheeks of millions of gamers worldwide yesterday, with Take-Two announcing GTA IV would be delayed until Spring 2008. Rockstar explained they needed more time to perfect the title, but hinted they were having performance problems with both consoles. Who would have guessed the RAGE engine is good enough for sweaty ping pong players, but not quite ready to display fully detailed outdoor environments?

Take-Two: Hey buddy! How’s my favorite developer doing on this wonderful summer day?
Rockstar: Just dandy. I’ve almost got Table Tennis running on the Wii! How cool is that?
Take-Two: That’s pretty cool. What else?
Rockstar: Well, I’ve managed to get the violence in Manhunt 2 down, nearly to the point where we could submit the product to the ERSB again.
Take-Two: Swell. But, what else?
Rockstar: Bully is on its way to be imported to Xbo—
Take-Two: WHAT IS GOING ON WITH GRAND THEFT AUTO?!?
Rockstar: Gotta go! Talk to you in fiscal Q2? Great! See you then. *click*
