Inspired by scores of gamers who find that after a short time their Wii’s work better as bookends than as a gaming platforms, we offer you this little ditty. Overcoming a total lack of rhythm wasn’t easy…. but we almost did it. Our flame suits are once again out of the closet as we prepare for the massive backlash from satisfied Wii-players. (You have to respect those guys…. They have MASSIVE right arms from playing so much Wii Tennis).

The Wii does have a shortage of good games, but when it is good it is really good. Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3 are examples of this. Of course the opposite can be said, that when it is bad it is really bad. Overall the Wii is the best hardware as far as durability is concerned, the 360 has the best games, and the PS3 has potential that has not been tapped into yet. I own all three and think they are all great.

what was the diffrence between the wii and the evolution? and wtf is this song based off of? at any rate i agree with this song. i have a wii and it has 4 good games out (mario, zelda,metroid,nomoreheros) though all of them are great because theres no online or multiplayer support theyre life span is extremly short compared to my ps3 games. thats another thing i agree that this ist the only one of the console songs that is still true. alot of the stuff in the ps3 song was opinion and is now outdated, the red ring of death has mostly been fixed (although msoft still has an unforgivable failure rate but no where near 33%) , the playstation a decent number of games now, but everything in this song with just a little more specification is true.

i had the wii,ps3,and 360 but the wii sucked so i took it back to the store.my 360 got the rrod 9 times.

I’ve played all three systems. I actually enjoyed all of them, it’s just that i think the PS3 is the best IMO. But hey, that’s just me. Sure, it doesn’t have rumble; or halo and etc. BUT, to me, it’s just as durable as the Wii. I’ve had the 360 for about 2 months and sold it just because it keeps dying. I play CoD4 on the Ps3 for hours and it never dies out. But all in all, PS3 is number one; 360 in a close second, and wii is third just because in most games the controls are very confusing. Again, it is all in my opinion.
Most of the people who say the Wii has no good games are people who only look at the most popular titles. Games like Battalion Wars II(which has wifi mind you), No More Heroes, etc are games that, while not popular, are some of the greatest games the Wii has to offer.
Honestly though, why can’t most people just realize it’s just a freakin system and stop bashing it? I don’t care if someone has a 360/PS3 in their house but they seem to care if I have a Wii in mine.
the thing is the wii is doing better than ps3 and xbox360 together that obviously means that its better, and it has very good motion controlls, FPS’s are actually good on the wii
dear josh, if you do not care about graphics go put your wii aside and play the SNES way better games and more of them. whats that? you dont want to? figures.
I don’t get why everyone seems to think that a graphics are what makes a system good. Personally, I don’t care about graphics and I’d rather have a NES than a PS3 anyway.
I also don’t see what the problem is with the games. Nintendo makes loads of great games, its just that the kind of people who post here seem to just look at the ones that are the most popular and say that all other ones suck.
I have no objection to someone poking harmless fun at my favourite console, but I don’t see why all the comments are made by people who’ve probably never played a Wii (or any Nintendo system) in their entire life who don’t even look at all of the facts before saying that it sucks.
Give it a break. If you’re going to say that the Wii sucks, you’re entitled to your opinion but at least play one before you say that it’s crap because believe me, very few people who’ve ever played a Wii are likely to complain about it.

i like the wii very much and incredibly there are games that are fun even without some real life graphics like Guitar Hero 3 and Batallion wars 2
i’d say the wii is better than the 360 for the gameplay but some good graphics are really present in some wii games as zelda

I like the wii ebcause i have one. I played in a PS3 and as far as I can see there has been absolutelly no improvements (except for grafics) and that blue ray thing won’t work, it’s not the first time sony invented something like that and last time it didn’t work.
But i still play in my PS2 with awsome games and if PS3 was cheaper I would buy it too.
as for the Wii, you need to know which games are good or else else you will be buying crappy games and leaving awsome games behind.

Alright, Nintendo usually cant make the graphics perfect, and its no blood in the shooting games and very few world war “Blood and disaster 3000 YEAHYEAH” games.
Some of you might have realised that graphics arent important as long as it fits the game, Sonic the freakin headghog does not look real and I know. It might have something to do with the fact that its not based on reality? I mean, its a talking, jumping and kung fu fighting headghog after all.
And for that matter, heads blowing up whirling blood and brains all over the place does not amuse me. I have understood that many disturbed minds around the world gets amused by it, but I’m not one. So my game does not need loads of graphics, and not blood, brains and war.
What I’m left with is fun and entertaining games that I can play alone, or with friends. I have playstation 2, not too many good games, but alright and a gamecube (sad to say that is actually something fun). So when nintendo decides to make ANOTHER console I was afraid they would do like PS, make a console with the exact same crap, only with a “little” better graphics and double the price. And rip of their earlier games the same way as with the console. But they made something totally new that no one had seen before. Maybe not “totally awsomeness straight from the source” but way more original then PS3 and 360 put together. Next time, maybe theyll make something else the world has never seen before? when PS4 comes out, even more powerful with even better graphics, now you can zoom your head and see lice !!! awsome… Nintendo hasnt even ripped off their games that much, the biggest hit: Mario. First platform, then 3D, then water tank on the back (wierd but fun) and then freakin planets and gravity change.

Anyway, I might buy a PS console in the future, when they make a console that can do something the PS2 cant when it comes to fun. Thats why we play right?

I don’t believe how true this is! especially the “only play it for a month” part. I played it for a week before it was on ebay lol. The 360 is ok but the ps3 is just better in each way. Most people say it dosn’t have enough games but don’t forget that blu-ray holds 50Gb. It takes a lot longer to make the games but they also last longer. BTW why does everyone love xbox live when you can do everything exactly the same (or better imo) on ps3 for free? BTW2 does na1 think the squeaky voice sounds like the gingerbread ban from shrek? lol

Sorry to break the news to you, but the Wii is the best console out there.
People seem to think Nintendo is making easy money, but they took huge risks and their games have to sell a million units to make any profit.
If you’re a retro gamer, Wii is best. If you like Mario/Zelda/Metroid/Trauma Center/Smash Bros ( yeah, there’s a lot more than just our favorite plumber ) and the many others, Wii is also best.
Oh, that also goes for innovativity, creativity and originality.
Sorry for the rant here. I can respect that you prefer the X360 for it’s online capacities, but this song holds zero percent truth at the moment. If you’re gonna make a song, find actual FLAWS. I wish you good luck.

It is EXTREMELY STUPID to say that Wiis are better than PS3s because they sell more! Just like the song says, it is a CHEAP PS2 dressed up like a MAC, with a GODDAMN STUPID controller that is so hyped that no one notices how AWFUL it is!

PS3 has better hardware than both Wii (of course) and 360 (not a BIG difference, but there is), has better online capabilities (Wiis? REALLY?!), the next-gen optical disc format (because Wii always was stuck with DVD and HD-DVD died), is the only one that can play movies in 1080p, has much better games than Wii (Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda. Wow.)

That is why I got pissed by Nintendo. I thought it was meant to be a REVOLUTION, with fairly good graphics (something closer to 360) and a kick-ass responsive control at a similar price of the other two. Instead, they gave us a CHEAP TOY with an UNRESPONSIVE GIMMICK CONTROLLER and a STUPID NAME!
Wii only sells better because there are more stupid little kids, old people and brainless adults than gamers in the world…
And PS3 is only a “failure” because Sony spent one year more than M!cro$h!t to make sure IT DOESNT BREAK EVERY FREAKIN MONTH!
The Wii does stink bad. The graphics feal like an N64 and the controls are always to sensitive or tight. The way they try to incporate physical activity into the game, when it just makes it worse. The 360 however has a large selection of games ranging form shooters to fighters. Ps3 is out of the question “The worst console for any country in the world.
I have all three systems. Here is my thoughts:
Wii – Wii Sports was probably the funnest game on the Wii in my opinion. I never found the Wii fun. I have Smash Bros., Crash Bandicoot, Guitar Hero, and Wii Fit. Non of them appeal to me. Most of the multi-platform games have 1/4 of the features on the Wii then they do for Xbox or Playstation. This is also part of what makes the Wii so dreadful. The graphics are that of a PS2 and your censor bar is always screwing up. It’s a big upset to see so much potential go down the drain.
Xbox 360 – What a poorly built system. They should of put more time into it. It was really good at first though. I couldn’t stop playing it.. until it forced me to stop. It is VERY unstable. I got the RROD 4 times in 3 months, and my Xbox has several minor problems which add up to be a big one. It starts to wear out and break down, which is what makes it such a annoying system. But besides all of that, COD4 was a lot better on the 360 then the PS3. Halo 3 and Dead Rising were also good Xbox exclusives, but the amount of exclusives don’t make up for the amount of Classic Xbox games you are limited to on your 360.
PS3 – Fantastic. Little BIG Planet was super fun. It got a bit boring after awhile but it was still a great experience. Then came Killzone 2. A whole new look at the FPS franchise. It was amazingly well done, the graphics are just amazing, the AI is good enough, and the gameplay is fucking great. Not to mention the mean physics engine which rocks. My PS3 has not died on me once, but I have had a hard drive corruption. It is very rare to get those I hear, and it hasn’t stopped me from having a lot of fun. Sure it is expensive, but the features make up for it. Free online(saving $60 a year), built in wireless adapter($100 for 360), built in BLU RAY(which is $150 alone), all PS2 games are compatible with PS3, and WAY better exclusive games. (Killzone 2, Little Big Planet) The large price of the Playstation 3 makes up for less then the amount you end up spending on your 360. It’s simply great.
So overall…
1st – Playstation 3
2nd – Xbox 360
3rd – Wii
Just my 2 cents.
