I remember it being explained once. I then forgot because it wasn't important. Then again, half the things I know are completely pointless.

the power went out at my house about ten minutes after we finished, so I couldn't upload my MP3 audio and we were forced to use my crappy phone audio...

ComEd drops the ball often here when there are many air conditioners running. The whole setup is in need of a BIG overhaul. Not as bad as California's rolling brown outs though.

a tree fell on some power lines and they spent 6 hours removing the tree and fixing everything...
