The idea behind the XBLA blockbuster "Band of Bugs" was stolen from a small colony of Pygmy Grasshoppers in northern Australia, according to Marvin Guhday, the attorney representing the high-jumping insects.
"This is an outrage. The developers at Ninja Bee visited my clients under the guise of entomological research. Instead, they stole my clients battle techniques and turned it into some type of game for people to enjoy," said Guhday. "This is a crime not just against my clients but the entire Tetrigadae community."
Attorneys for Ninja Bee are apparently prepared to settle the case for an undisclosed amount of grass.
