If you are getting ANYTHING by valve, you are getting Steam.

That said, that very marketplace is worth it alone.... and I speak as someone who uses Xfire almost exclusively as my messenger.

Yeah, this group definitely needs way more activity, I would consider paying for a server (once I get a form of income) if that will make it more active. Also then we could have TF2 gamer nights

If you haven't checked it out yet, download the Minerva mod on Steam. It is seriously the best mod i've played for the source engine. The guy really knows a thing or two when it comes to level design, which you'll realize once you've played for a few minutes. Valve actually hired this guy after he released the mod, if that tells you anything.
