This week, Sarcastic Gamer celebrates its one-year birthday (Wednesday, June 11th) with a HUGE edition of the Red Show. We debut a BRAND NEW parody song, give away anything that’s not nailed down, and literally leave it all on the field, with Doc barely able to finish the show, due to podcast exhaustion.
Here’s just a taste of all that we talked about in this JUMBO-SIZED show.

Metallica's on iTunes now. Just sayin'

More importantly, excellent show.

Dave's diva-ness is reminding me of when Lono was on about 25 podcasts within a two week span.

Great episode. Doc sounded really tired, they must be doing something big, I wonder what it is. (subtle hint )

Good show and about the GTA IV DLC, its being delayed to Take Two's next fiscal quarter which is between November 08 - January 09. I guess they thought the DLC would overshadow Midnight Clubs release.

I thought the actual episode was one of the best in terms of humor and information, however I wasn't too fond of the parody song. Especially considering it has taken so long. Maybe I was just expecting a lot since the others were so great.

Just did a search on iTunes. Found no metallica. Found some covers and other stuff, but no metallica...

Strange. You may want to retry that or something.

Also, I feel really bad because I almost never use my Wii. In fact I haven't hooked it up since I got back from college for the Summer.

EDIT: Looking at DeathByWaffle's image, maybe only us Mac users can access the secret Metallica portion of the iTunes store :)

Wow, that is wierd... Thanks for the heads up!

EDIT: My searches were in the UK iTunes...

I found the metallica stuff in the US iTunes... For a long time, Metallica wouldn't release their music digitally though. I'll correct myself on the Humpday Update.

I can't remember exactly when they put their stuff on there, but I remember that it was in the news (online news, not real news).

Also, I just listened to the show again and thought it was funny that you combined Steven Tyler and Joe Perry to create Steven Perry because I do that a lot. Mostly because I know somebody named Steven Perry.

Yes, that's right. I forgot about that. My parents called me on that once when I said something about Steven Tyler (except I said Perry) and his enormous mouth. I'm a bit on the young side to know much about Journey.

Lono is in Chicago, and Doc and Dave are in Houston. Lono calls in every week, but lately he's been forgetting to record himself on his end. What they usually do is record everyone individually and blend it all together so as to make it sound like everyone's in the same room.

In the podcast you guys said that you wish that there was a free stuff section of the market place well there is! just go to spotlight then to free stuff and there will usually be free gamerpictures and themes. Love the show and happy B-Day!
