Listening to the beginning, and I agree with Lono on the drums. I am NOT paying for another drum set, I barely have room for the RB ones, and I don't want to pay a crapload of money for GH4. I would get it if the instruments were compatible, but I don't think they are so there is no way I am going to get it. I might gamefly it and just play the solo guitar career, but thats it.

GTA does get a bit italian, but hey doesn't everything?

I thought the ending of GTA 4 left a few loose ends, but the DLC will proberly be about them.

Is there gta4 ending spoilers in this? I got RROD and couldn't finish it yet

Definitely with Lono on the subject of Guitar Hero; why not just make it compatible with Rock Band? Of course, as I typed that question I remembered that Activision's profit margin would be severely downsized so obviously in the name of milking their consumers they're preparing their own peripherals. Also, loving the way you can listen to the podcasts on the media player at the side ;)

I agree with whoever said they should make the old Guitar Hero songs compatible with the new stuff. Maybe they could sell... I mean, give out for free some DLC that would patch in functionality for drums and crap. Now wouldn't that be neat?

That's called "Lono forgetting to hit record on his end. Fortunately Dave and i keep a local copy of him on the phone as a backup.

Rock Band has just come out in the UK and is £130 ($255). If GH4 comes in with more stuff to buy at an even more expensive price, then europe is in trouble. Fourtunately I am going to America soon and should be able to get RB for a lot cheaper. Now I have to figure out how to get it back :(

Fed Ex each part separately. Also, you will have to buy the disc independent because I am fairly sure that it will be region locked.

Lono, I am 100% with you on the whole drums thing. Much as I love Rock Band, I simply DO NOT have the space for two drums sets. I'm not even sure I have room for one (though I'm sure if push came to shove...). I was all set to plunk down the money for Rock Band, but when I heard about the GH4 drums, I just saw a bad situation starting.

I am not going to re-buy what is essentially the same peripheral over and over just to make both software companies happy. The two sets are so similar they SHOULD make them cross-compatible. If they don't, it's just stupid. I have nothing against a company making an honest buck, but this is too far. Even if I were rich, I think it'd still annoy me just on principle.

Doc and Dave, I agree with you in theory that it never hurts to innovate. In this case, though, I think both companies would have better served their customers by channeling their innovation through the de facto standard that was already in place.

I can confirm that the PS3 version works fine. Guitar has broken already, fortunately it is easy to fix tho! Game is so awesome I cannot begin to describe it.

If only I could get downloadable content from the US store I would be very happy
