I was surprised at how silky smooth it is. I thought the controls were pretty sweet too. i'm definitely not a skater, but i liked this quite a bit.

I loved it. I just like the fact that you do normal every day skater tricks for the most part. It doesnt feel all over the top like the Hawk games. Although they are pretty fun too... its just good to see something new.

Pretty good - control system is interesting. I've been scating for a while couple years before. So it's pretty simulated :D

I have not played any skating games in a few years but I enjoyed the way the demo felt. It was hard to learn but in the good way. It's also nice that you cant spin around seven times, do a back flip, and then land on grinding rail by pressing three buttons.

yeah i agree. I liked the Hawk games up until American wasteland. After playing Skate i fell in love. I think this game has the possibility
to blow Tony Hawk outta the water. Skate has a more artsy realism feel
unlike tony hawk's cartoonish, unrealistic moves.
