Here you go gang. Our latest offering in the "Make fun of a multi-billion dollar franchise" category.

Fresh off of Sony's retraction of the claim that there would be 380 games for the PS3 by March (since revised down to 145), we just couldn't resist. We call this one "No Frickin Games". In case you've been living under Rosie O'donnell, this song is about the extreme shortage of exclusive or compelling titles that currently exist for Sony's crown jewel. We hope you enjoy it.

*sigh* Sony didn't retract anything... * ;) *They clarified the statement that was misreported. *The 380 titles was global, across all their regions, they will be releasing ~380 titles. *The US will see ~140... Europe and Japan will both be receiving around the same number of titles too (140x3 is remarkably close to 380) *So while most titles will see multi-region releases, they are released as discretely separate products/SKUs/items (ie. English packaging and/or localization for North America, English packaging and/or localization for Europe with lots of extra u's and replacing z's with s's, and then the same for Japan).

That said, I don't mean to steal or squash any thunder from the funnies... *just point out a slight fundamental flaw with the basis of the song. *I'll be sure to send the really nasty version to sarcasticgamer@gmail.com though... *j/k

As a serious XBox fanboy, I gotta say I loved the Surface Parody, and the Ring of Fire. The PS3 Has No Frickin' Games also cracked me up. My son loved all of them too. I'm looking forward to the Wii song and future MS/Sony/Nintendo parodies.
