Has anybody ever played this, and is it worth the buy?

I was thinking that to, Is this a buy. Need a new DS game haven't botten' one for 4 months.

I got it yesterday, and damn, one of the best DS games I've ever played. It's fast, responsive, has great animations, controls, etc. The only downside is the story that no one will read.

I have played it for about two hours and can attest to its greatness. The controls work like a dream. Who knew combat could be so thrilling on the DS?

The graphics are also top notch for a DS game. The only problem I have had so far is that the game is a little too easy for my taste. If you love Ninja Gaiden than this is a buy in my book.

I got lucky with Gamefly and got it the day after it came out. Great controls, great graphics, great (recycled) sound but "meh" story--it's basically the first game but no Rachel (the DS doesn't have a big enough screen for her chest). I'm currently stuck on Chapter 4 right now but it's still a blast. I'm considering keeping it.

hmmm looks like I should pick up this game

I forgot this was coming out, I'll try it this weekend. I was really skeptical about the controls, but if they're as good as you guys say then I can't wait to try it.

Its good, but the constant spawning of enemies dosnt half make some of it tedious. Spawn, kill, spawn, kill, spawn, kill, spawn, kill, spawn, kill, spawn, kill, barrier drops. Repeat in the next room. Controls work really well though, just the core gameplay isnt really that hot.

i have to get this game i have been ignoring my PSP and DS lately my wii and 360 have been getting all the attenttion so this going to be my first stone on the path to handhelds

most people would give it a 7.7 out of 10
but thats just them
im considering getting it too
