Last week I was watching on X-Play that the top selling PC game right now is Age of Conan. That struck me as surprising, considering it's an MMO, much less M-Rated. I knew people were excited about this game (I certainly am), what surprised me was the extent. For God's sake, the game isn't out till late May! Granted there aren't many PC exclusives lined up between now and then, but still, it's March!

What I didn't know that Gamestop is promoting AoC. Apparently, the numbers on the G4TV show were based off data from game store. I was in there today pick up my copy of Kane's Wrath and every clerk at the store was more than willing to sell me the pre-order. Apparently one of the clerk was on the beta of the game and was singing praises about the game. Not that it's wrong, but it certainly seems like a good way to get some sales (at least till the game is out).
