i played Star Fox 64 first then played SNES star fox, I didn't really like the weird polygons and the vid shop I got it from only let me rent it for a day so I didn't really get to expierience much, so that any fun to those weird polygons.

That's a tough one. I still have the entire games of Super Mario World, Link to the Past, and Megaman X memorized. However, I also played the crap out of Super Metroid and Mario Kart.

Ah, the memories.

Mario Kart had to be my most played. I did own Mario Allstars but because i had the titles on my original NES i didn't bother playing the updates much. Once i completed Zelda i never went back to it so that can't really count. Street Fighter II i got with the system so for a good while it was the only game i had so played that to death.

Playing it for the second time now. (Went through the whole series in story-line chronology.) It lost NOTHING over time!

Secret of Mana 2 was a blast to play, overall story was the same but it changed according to which character you played as. Angela or the amazon were my favorites to use, magic attacks and the special abilities really made you feel like you were all powerful.

Metal Warriors, made by Lucasarts. It looked like an anime mecha game, and played like one. You were a space marine and you got to run around the level, hopping into giant powerful mecha and shoot everything that got into your way. The 8 way firing and variety of suits you could use made it one damn amusing game to play.

Super Drift Out, top down driver based on the WRC stuff, got to choose between the well known rally cars and quite a few tracks. One of the better driver sims that was out there during that time.

1. Super Castlevania, an amazing game even today.
2. Final Fantasy IV(II), can't wait for the remake.
3. Legend of Zelda:A Link to the Past

I played through those so many times trying to find every last secret. They had so much replay value.

I often wish that I had the kind of time I used to have to fully explore and replay games like I did then. I find myself running to the internet for a faq to get through a game because I know I am only going to play through once.

I still remember how cool I thought it was when I first discovered that thing in Zelda that reduces magic consumption by half.

Maybe ya might know lol. There was this co op plane shooter similar to gradius or R Type but it wasn't that. It wasn't sonic wings (Aero Fighters) either. When a boss would come up, a warning box would come up along with a siren in the background. The Siren was similar to Aero Fighters. It wasn't top down, it was a side scroller. I can't remember the game for crap & i've tried so many time to google SNES shooters to no luck so far. Hopefully someone will remember. Sadly, that was my most played game lmao.

Chrono Trigger was definitely my most played game. There is no telling how many hours I logged into that game trying to get every character max leveled, and with max speed, power, and magic stats through tabs. Still putting time into this game, actually. I just started playing it again this week, and I'm hooked once again. I don't know why this game is so addictive, but it is. And since my goals are the same as they were back in the day, I think my 360 is in for quite a long period of disuse.

On a side note, does anyone remember this game being really easy for the most part?
