I didn't see a thread about this, so I said I'd start one.

Blue Dragon is out on Friday in Europe, ships tomorrow-week in the United States, and has been out in Japan for quite some time now. If, like me, you already have the game, what do you guys think about it?

Personally, I really like it. A lot.

I've never heard of it. What's so appealing about it?

IMO, Blue Dragon might as well be called Blue Balls, because I may as well have Blue Balls if my girlfriend sees me playing an RPG as a little boy character for hours on end spending about 10x more time and effort trying to level up a game character than I spend trying to get a promotion at work.

So... playing as a little boy is going to give you blue balls?... dude... eww.

Joking.... yeah I don't think this game looks all that great. and not because of its art style or the fact that its an RPG... but because I don't see what it brings to the table that isnt already there.

The demo reminded me of Final Fantasy. No wonder when you see the developer names.

Looked interesting but since it's released over here the same day as bioshock it stands no chance right now.
