Just curious about what everyone's k/d ratio is.

Currently mine is 1.65 which i think must be pretty good.

Just got over 10,000 kills today and started on my third prestige.

Mine was 2.10, but now I think its something like 1.42... my brother played for 4 hours and got 20 kills :(

Mine is like .8, I just got the game last week. I was around 1.1 but then my friends wanted to play Domination and I did horrible on there.

I'm only on my 3rd prestige, I doubt I'll continue on to number 4. Believe it or not, I hardly play the game any more. I've got 4 days of game time logged, and I refuse to play with randoms - so I only sign on if there is a team of community members playing (That's why Lono is beating me in Win/Loss. You can be the biggest bad-ass in the match, but if your team sucks and/or doesn't listen to a word you say, you're going to lose. Example: I go 32/4 with 8 captures under my belt in domination, closest one to me on my team is somewhere around 10/18).
I'd check my stats at the moment if I didn't have to switch VGA cords to my monitor (my HDTV died a week ago, my choices now are sharing this nice 1280x1024 monitor, or playing my 360 on a 16 inch Standard Def...

I play HQ every now and then, but I personally can't stand Search & Destroy. It's a fine gametype as Sabotage, but the fact that some people have calculated where to spam their grenades or n00b t00b at the beginning of a match to leave you sitting for the next 5 minutes just kills my appeal of the gametype. I know how to play some Call of Duty, but I don't know at which angle to throw each grenade to guarantee 3 kills within 5 seconds of the match starting. Nor do I wish to know.. I still don't know the entire reload glitch, though everyone online does.. I'd rather play fair or lose.
Note that my definition of "Fair" may differ slightly or completely from yours.

Search and Destroy is my favourite gametype, but yeah that does happen sometimes. The best thing to do is hold back for 15 seconds at the start of the game. Usually by then the grenade spam is pretty much over.

Just like with my accuracy, I get bored grinding for points so I'll haul off and do something for fun, like equipping the M249 with double tap and deep impact along with bandolier so I can just walk around a level and fire randomly through the walls seeing how many I can hit and just how paranoid I can make the opposing team/players (works out really well on vacant).

Or just in general being a pain in the ass to them and running around with UAV jammer and extreme conditioning seeing how many I can ninja in a run. Sometimes it's hardly any, and other times it's plenty :D

im around 1.2, so im kinda the guy that may kill alot, but will only add up to a slightly positive cause i die a lot. hey its for the fun of it. Right???

Mines .75 or something. I do the same stuff as piston. And my accuracy is hovering around 21%. I snipe.

Mine hovers around 1 its at 1.03 or 1.02 just finished some really bad games. My accuracy is around 20.5% and slowly going up don't snipe too much but I'll swap my pistol for one if I come across one.

I have 38,493 kills and 15,791 kills which equates to a 2.44 KDR so far with all of the gold guns


I am a PC player on Call of Duty 4 not my 360 so if you want to play with me my xfire is Warsnoopy2

I am about 0.56. To be honest, I am not too bothered with my ratio. I looked at it recently to see what it was, and I check mine and see what my mates have from time to time, but I am not really that bothered with what it is. I prefer being the sacrifice for our team winning.

(I'm the guy in Sabotage who nicks the bomb a load of times, and charges forward, inevitably dying, getting it to their side. I get a fair few kills, but getting it to their base gets me killed more times than I kill. Either that, or I am the deliberate distraction where I kind of run around looking for people in open air to divert the enemy away from the main target. I get killed a lot, but I get some fantastic kills, and I have more fun that way. I capture a lot of bases as well, or die trying, so generally, my KDR is poor but I end with like 500-800 points a round.)

EDIT: Damn! Just realised this is the 360 section. Never mind. It doesn't really matter cos I'm not gonna start a thread or add to another thread now. I should pay a little more attention... :undecided:

Steadily climbing. Torreyjs seems to be pretty awesome at the game, but I believe at the rate mine is climbing, by the time I'm close to his number of kills / playtime, my ratio should be pretty high.

Although now since Vegas 2 is out and the SG community has left me in the dust to play my CoD4, my playtime is going to seriously diminish. Thank god for the Tournament.

Plus its literally impossible for me get my KDratio up quickly, Instead of getting matched with skilled players the matchmaking decides that I would be best suited to play with retarded people on my team and average people on the other.

Well my Xbox got the RRoD so i don't really remember. I'm pretty sure my K/D ratio was like 1.2. My W/L ratio was better though, i think it was almost at 2.0.

Mine is about 1.66, but getting killed non-stop (mostly grenades) on headquarters a LOT brought it down a lot. Nowadays I finish most games with over twice as many kills than deaths. It's also worth mentioning that it's gone up about .2 in about two weeks, which is impressive I think because of how many deaths I have from my early times.
