I am looking at getting a new DS game. Any Suggestions?

I currently own

Elite beat Agents, Planet Puzzle league, Puzzle Quest, Mario Kart DS, Pokemon Pearl, Metroid P hunters, Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow.

I have rented many from gamefly so that is why my library is rather small.

Suggestions suggestions! Bring them on!

those games are rents, because they are pretty short.

Legend of Zelda : phantom Houglass is a good game

Yeah...and I'd actually recommend Rune Factory. It's a surprisingly addictive game.

Great suggestions so far. Anybody recommend Contra4? I realize it would be tough as nails but I do like the other contra games.

You never heard of Contra?

Contra 4 is good but i would suggest waiting. Ninja Gaiden comes on the 25th.

You should try some of these too then.

As for some good games: Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Megaman Starforce (Basically like the MMBN series for GBA), Worms Open Warfare 2, Advance Wars Days of Ruin, FFXII Revenant Wings, Final Fantasy III, and Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales.

Those are all games I've played to death and love that haven't been mentioned yet.

Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time is an awesome game as well.

I never could beat the final boss though...

Mario + RPG = awesome, it's been proven many times on many consoles. :D

your suggestions + my opinion
mario and luigi:have, beat like three times
magaman:got bored with the GBA series,so don't think so
worms:got the first din't liked it that much(thought the 3D version on gamecube is really great)
wars:me and war games don't mix
FFXII:got FFXII for PS2 din't like it.
FFIII:have the version for GBA
FFFchocobo:looks dumb.

(no need to get angry is only my personal opinion on the games)

Why the heck do you even own a DS when there's only one (not incredibly great) game that you played?

if you are talking about me I have a lot of other games for the DS I'm only talking about the games that were suggested and since I wanted handheld to play videogames when I'm not home(the PSP was not yet released when I bought my DS)so I got me a DS(mom pay half for it).

The FFXII game for DS is more of a RTS game than anything, it's nothing like the PS2 version.

The game you're thinking of for GBA is most likely FFIV, not III.

Lastly, FF Fables: Chocobo Tales does look dumb, but I loved it and I'm glad I gave it a chance. It's just a simple mini game adventure with a card battle system.

I recently picked up Contra4. The game is hard as nails but is for sure a fun game. Plus Contra 1 and 2 are unlockable!
