Ok, this is the first time in almost 2 years that I have had more fun games to play than time.

Playing
NWN2: MOTB
CoH: Opposing Fronts
Orange Box
Stranglehold
Supreme Commander
Medieval 2: Kingdoms

And that's just right now. NWN: MOTB and Stranglehold will get old soon, but I doubt I will get bored of the others any time soon.

And I am still waiting on:

CoD 4
Hellgate: London
The Witcher
Assassin's Creed
Gears Of War

Freaking awesome! Despite all the pooh poohing by the console crowd, being a PC gamer is awesome right now. My only complaint is I have no where close to enough loot to buy all the games I want, and even if I did, I'd need a time machine to play them all.

Anyone else blown away by this years releases? It seems like we have had to cope with only 2-3 good games a season for a while now, and this is a nice change...even if some of the games are also on consoles.

Way too many good games are getting released second half of this year...

Bioshock, Crysis, Orange Box, ET:QW, UT3, WiC, etc...

They could've spread the damn releases a bit!
No time to play them all >.>

I still think that just the Orange Box is too much to play this season, and then I want a couple other games. I am mostly wanting Gears of War PC also, but I still have so much to play in the Orange Box now.

Yeah, there's just too many!

Bioshock, Tom Clancy's Endwar, Crysis, it's never been better to be a PC Gamer!

Rock on the PC!

What will cost you more? Upgrading your gaming rig to play Crysis or buying all the good games this year. It's definitely the best year of gaming ever when you add the mix of console and PC. The scary thing is next year could be worse for the wallet.

well, this year, specifically near christmas, is certainly one of the most expensive times i have had for a while. Already having purchased Bioshock, the Orange Box and Hellgate: London, i am still looking forward to the brilliance that is Assasins Creed and UT3. And this is me being conservative, being very tight with my money

people still buy PC games? :p

i'll be buying COD4... got it preordered... online MP is the best anti-piracy tool, in my opinion.

I have far too many games on the go at the moment.

On the 360 I am playing dead rising plus some XBLA stuff.

On the PC I am playing HL2 Ep2, World in conflict & the Witcher.

And Assasin's Creed and Mass Effect are bearing down fast on me. I get the feeling they are not going to get any play untill I bump some of these current ones off.

Hellgate: London is the reason why I haven't been on this forum since *checks date* October 19.

It is just crazy insane fun.

My "waiting" list:

Assassins Creed (which I have been anticipating since I heard about it back in '06)
CoD 4 (do I even need to say anything?)
Gears of War PC (I can finally blow out brains in glorious DX10!!!)

and of course, the powerhouse, the amazing, the stunning............

It surprises me that not a whole lot of people are looking forward to UT3...

It's my absolute favorite, can't wait!

I admit my boyz are hyped about it, but with Gears, COD4, Crysis, Quake Wars, and BlackSite all in stores, it just doesn't hold up for me.

Crysis blew me away. It is not all hype...it really is that good..and I have only played the demo!

All the new PC games (Bioshock etc.) look great, but my system can't handle them :(
Seriously, it's time to think about a new PC...
