Remember, this is a NiGHTS game without Yuji Naka, the one who refused to make a sequel in the first place unless it could be perfect.

It is also being made by the same guys who have brutally raped the Sonic franchise as of late.

Secret Rings was a decent game at least, and a step in the right direction away from 'hog-on-human action' type of crap Sega's been pulling.

For one, Secret Rings' biggest flaw was the lack of speed. Sure, the camera was improved, but my God. Sonic didn't move hardly 2 mph unless you had power-ups on him. Another was the voice acting. I keep giving the 4kids cast every chance and shadow of a doubt, but they still suck as bad as they did when Shadow the hedgehog came out. Can you say "SINBAD!"? Also, the new villain didn't quite live up to the hype, on account of more crappy voice acting. Instead of some truly evil voice, they go with some egotistic and dramatic voice.

Sonic still hasn't had a truly great game since Rush back in 05.

this Nights sequel wasn't terribly well thought-up, and in the hands of 4kids, its going to probably get ripped to shreds. Make it a game that would be so good with motion control hasn't showed off any motion control, and to be released in a few months, and you've got a nuclear warhead in your hands, but in a bad way.

Ehh... I completely see your concerns, but I have some high hopes for the game. I think that it is going to be one of those games where it will be either horribly bad, or absolutely incredible... I doubt there will be a middle of the road with the game...

never played secret rings, especially after the crap that was sonic heroes

Sonic Adventure 2 was pretty good, pretty downhill from there...

I like Shadow though, especially how it was in SA2, I don't know why they made him suck so much got his game...

yeah who knows maybe now that Sonic is in brawl and mario and sonic at the olympics his games may get better
