This is, of course, still all just speculation until either Insomniac or Sony confirms it, but it's not all too hard to believe. Insomniac has stated that they plan on making a game a year, and November seems like a believable release month.

At this point this seems like a "duh" rumor. I won't get attached to ANY of the specifics, but to predict Resistance 2 for Nov. '08 is like predicting Gears 2 or Call of Duty 5 for Nov. '08. It would surprise very few people.

The problem with Resistance was that you had to slog through a few hours of average gameplay before it got good. Had no-one told me that the game gets interesting after awhile, I don't think I would have continued playing it.

Anyway, I'm excited for Resistance 2, can't wait to see what weapons they come up with this time.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't say that the beginning gameplay was bad, just didn't really blow me away.

I must be one of the only people who didnt like that game. Seriously, check some of the animations, especially the "reload". It seems like it almost skips frames.

Having said that, seeing as everyone else likes it im thinking its just me lol

It was ok... Singleplayer was only fun co-op...

I still havn finished the SP 5 months after I got the game, it became a bit stale for me. Ill give it another go during the school holidays.
