Well mine wasn't theft per say. I still returned the games after I played them... I just got more out of my subscription than usual...

And if you send back a game when you have 3 games, but a 2 game subscription, they won't send you another game until you drop below 2 again.

My only input would be to go over show notes before doing the podcast. If one of the guys hasn't played a game and can't talk about it, maybe keep that part of the discussion to a minimum...

Also, Deathbywaffle, when you get show notes, you may want to download demos of games that you're going to talk about so you can add to the discussion instead of answering everything with "no, haven't played it. I don't download demos..." If one of your guys doesn't download demos, maybe leave that off the topic list for the next show.

In all, good effort, you all are experienced gamers and I look forward to your next show.

Yeah... waffleboy literally was thrown into the show 10 minutes before Ani and I aired. So in all fairness he couldn't have been prepared.

Our next two shows went a lot better than this one... And yeah... it seems like when there's a demo out... i was the only one that initially downloaded it... Ani and waffleboy aren't that observant when it comes to new demos :lol:

Oh and funny thing about Half-life 2, we had a pure gold moment about that and waffle at the end of episode 3.

Crap I for got to subscribe to Itunes for this. I wonder if they will stand up to the regular shows at all?

If you thought this episode was good wait til episode 3(i lost my recording for episode 2 and had to remake it it was kinda crapy (i did do a take us out though that was funny(still lost the recording though so:undecided:))) where i do another killer take us out.

Some people are starting to refer to me as a mini dave? :lipssealed: I wouldn't doubt it.:lol:

Yup, if you liked Episode 1, trust me when I say it only gets better. With Waffle joining literally 10 minutes before broadcast and our inexperience, I think the first episode turned out pretty well. With some organizing, though, the next two get better, add on the rise of community interaction and Episode 4 will be something to be proud of.

I'm hoping we can accomplish the following as we grow:

A steady format and experience so we don't talk over each other.
Live calls and more chat room interaction including insta-polls and possibly games with prizes (ala OLR)
Guest Hosts who stick around for part of, or the entire show.
Post-Show, where we know what we're going to record, get it over with, then go to a laid-back post show for the Live Listeners only.


So if your Saturdays are free, join the SGC Livecast group and help us grow. We host it, you control it.
