you guys are moving up the scale. from being a small website that only started just over a year ago, then you guys went to E3 and PAX and now your even getting interviews with as big a company as DICE, WELL DONE GUYS!!!

Hey guys the title update i'm not sure if they had a countdown timer. The 12 hour countdown timer was for the teaser trailer for their campaign expansion where it is speculated you will play an ODST. I'm a halo fanboy yes but not to that exteme lol. Anyway they know the city is new Mombasa and that those are ODST pods (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper), and that Superintendent is the cities custodial AI, also that the time this is taking place is in Halo 2 when the covenant ship jumps into slipspace in the middle of the city as MC, Miranda Keys, and Sgt. Johnson follow in In Amber Clad. Srry to correct you like this but yea for fanboys the trailer is big lol.

Why did the word Caliburated win, and Calybrate didnt. What makes Caliburate better? I personally liked Calybrate better...

The thing I don´t get is, how did Dave choose the word Caliburated to win, if the contest was about words Dave would use. I just don´t see Dave using words that are aimed negatively towards himself.

Bungie is starting to piss me off too. I enjoy playing my share of Halo, but I can't stand the hype. Also, great new intro! And I still think Fata1itized is a better word than Caliburated.

Microsoft and Bungie are the masters of overhyping things "cough" Halo 3 "cough".

Yea the big announcement was kinda ruined, but they said they were srry and they kept saying on the site that they wished they could give us more info ""The night is darkest before dawn." Dawn is drawing near." that is what they said before all this happened. Your right it was a little anti climatic but given they have been working on this for a year and with microsoft always ****in them in the ass with the IP agreement they have really got to do what MS says they wanted to tell us more earlier and they couldn't I'm sure they will give us much more info soon to make up for this.

Honestly I am a big halo fan, and I wasn't that hyped up before it was announced, and I still feel neutral about the whole thing.

The new intro was pretty good, I should get on buying that combo before they are gone! Keep on podcasting guys! Soon, you will pass CNN or NBC in podcasts ( you guys need economic news, everyone would listen)

Okay, I finally got a chance to listen to it while my sister and mom went inside a craft store. Love the new intro, although it's a tad long. If it's going to be that long, I'd prefer it if there was some talking, much like the old intro. I don't really care to listen to a bunch of random noise for great lengths of time. I love the cast introduction, with a preview of what's to come for each of them in the episode. The last intro was getting a little old, however, so this new one is still welcome despite the great lengths of processed noise.

My SG mousepad got left in the sun too long, and is starting to fade...and I don't have a black shirt...maybe I should get a combo! Oh, wait, no money. :sad: I'll just have to see what you guys are offering around Christmas.

I'll have to check out Playswitch again. Sounds more like what I'd want to use now. Good luck with the forums. They seem to be sadder than normal. Kind of...blue...:lol:

Really cool intro, are you trying to break into Germany this year? :p

I'm one of the people who went through the video frame-by-frame, discussing each one on various forums (did you look at the thread on here (http://sarcasticgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11146&page=2)?). I like the hype, but I'd rather they just told me what was going on. Or even if they told us just how hyped we should get.

Some of the background music was a little obnoxious. Other then that, it was great! Love the new intro!

Funny episodes guys and full props to Dice for having a sense of humour and being really good about the boycott thing. They had a very impressive attitude towards the whole thing and it was nice to see they seem to really value what they fans our saying about their game.

Oh & for any doubters that didn't think that SG did have an effect on how BF:BC was sold to us then here's the proof straight from the horse's mouth.

But good work Dice (and EA) you've gone up in my estimation - put me down for two copies of Mirror's Edge! :grin:

loved the intro. the quote style teaser/intro is a really nice touch.

I also dug the new intro with teaser quotes, and I agree that this episode felt different, and I think I know why. Back in the New Year's episode, Lono said he'd like to take SG to the next level, and IMHO, you're there. This is the next level. Going to E3/Pax/Quakecon, getting noticed by companies like Dice, having game developers on the show, Dave killing hookers... this is it!
